Construction Loan Administration 

The Taylor Smith team has been engaged by our lender clients to conduct  comprehensive due diligence reviews of all aspects of  mortgage loan request submitted by its development clients These assignments include varied real estate projects. including but not limited to office buildings, shopping centers, multifamily projects both market rate and subsidized, residential condominiums, mixed-use projects and subdivisions for single family homes,. 

Typical pre-loan services included general evaluation of development team, architectural/engineering design review,  construction cost confirmation, review of build-out schedule, review of 21E documents.  

Upon loan approval and commencement of construction our team performs periodic progress inspections;  review of change orders; examination of progress payment request; and prepares monthly progress reports. The following is a representation of selected projects serviced on behalf of our clients:
