Services Provided: Managing General Partner for 122 market rate rental apartments (27% subsidized); thirty-three residential condominiums; 7,000 sq. ft. of retail-commercial space and 106 space underground parking garage. Procured development site, participated in project planning; project design and.development including preparation of multiple financing applications to Federal, State and City Agencies, architectural selection/liaison; contractor selection and contract negotiations; and construction oversight. preparation  of marketing strategy, rental-up and sales supervision, property management plan, securing construction loan and permanent mortgage financing, obtaining equity/tax shelter participation.
